About
When I started my first job in architecture at a small residential firm in Berkeley fresh out of college I knew I had found my calling. I’ve always been interested in architecture, landscapes, how materials come together to create beautiful environments, and the crucial elements of a house that elevate it to a home.
I received my bachelor’s degree in architecture from UC Berkeley in 2007 and became a licensed architect in California in 2013. I’ve worked in residential architecture for more than 17 years and have been practicing on my own for 10 years. I specialize in remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units, kitchens, bathrooms, second-story additions, and exterior living spaces. I have a passion for drawing and I love the creativity that flows when I put pencil to paper. To this day I sketch nearly all my schematic design plans freehand to scale. I draft most of my construction documents in AutoCAD.
On top of being an architect, I’m a proud mom of two wonderful young daughters. I keep a flexible schedule, often scheduling meetings around dance classes and school pick ups. Part of the reason I love residential work is that I can connect directly with families, understand their needs, and help them create the homes they’ve dreamed of.
